About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Research Specialist (CRS) to join our growing team. This cross-functional role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has strong organisational skills and wants to play a key role in supporting clinical trials from start-up through to delivery.
What will your job look like?
Provides support to operational departments by completing tasks they have been trained for and assigned in accordance with applicable project plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Set-up, maintenance, and quality control of the project Trial Master File (TMF).
Assists with arranging and participating in project-related meetings and drafting and distributing meeting minutes.
Assisting with the Ethics / Regulatory Submissions; tracking of submissions & approval for the project.
Preparing essential study documents, distributing, tracking, and filing of documents.
Assists with the assignment and tracking of project-related training.
Maintaining understanding of applicable regulations and ICH/GCP guidance.
What will you need to succeed?
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Gather and communicate feedback when performing a task in order to ensure acceptability of deliverable
Ability to understand and comply with applicable regulations, ICH/GCP and applicable SOPs
Information technology (e.g. computer proficiency), oral and written communication skills
Maintain strong interpersonal and organizational skills when working with internal and external clients
Ability to seek out their own understanding for more challenging concepts like therapeutic areas or even regulations that may impact their quality in performing a task
Able to cross-reference several data sources of information to identify discrepancies and be able to escalate issues to the appropriate staff
Manage multiple priorities, exhibit a high degree of accuracy, and meet deadlines in a highly dynamic environment.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
